    I’m free to start going back to the gym! The nurse said I’d need a good sports bra to do so… could I get away with using the Macon one?

    I think most people recommend using the M&S high impact sports bra as it gives more support and I have heard of a few girls who even put two sports bras on for extra support if they have larger implants. Macom might be fine if you’re only doing relatively low intensity exercise but to be on the safe side and stop them from bouncing round too much a good quality sports bra is probably best xx

    I wear 2 bras-my m&s high impact and a Nike sports bra along with my boob band which is the best thing I’ve bought!!!
    I highly recommend to buy a boob band! Xx

    @Joanne quite a few people on here have said they wear 2 bras for exercising to keep them strapped in! I’ve always thought the Shock Absorber Bras hve been good for keeping them in place, but I’ve not had my BA yet so I can’t say how well they stand up after.

    @Charlotte
    , what’s the boob band you’re referring to? Please can you post a link for it?
