    Hey girls!

So I’m 2dpo and I’ve been in constant pain since the surgery on full pain meds but this morning I’ve woke up in even more pain, my chest is tighter than ever, it’s a stinging pain down my sides and I haven’t missed any pain relief.. I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced this before or maybe my post op bra is too tight? How would I know if it’s too tight?
Any advice would help as I’m really struggling at the minute thank you!

Hi love i know exactly how you feel im 5dpo and still in quite a bit of pain..have you spoke to your treatment coordinator maybe ask for some stronger meds? Hot water bottle on your back also helps the muscles relax and works wonders! I have a breast strap at the top which i loosened slightly as they started to swell and it got tighter.. id say definitely dose up i think its ibuprofen you can take aswell as the codydramol but check with your coordinator 🙂 hope this helps slightly! X

@cathxxx I have been taking inbuprofen alongside it already as my nurse said to as I was in so much pain after op, I have a macom bra on and I’m not sure if that’s making my pain worst I have loosen it to the last book but I didn’t go up a side in the back I kept my normal size. I will try the hot water bottle idea though thank you so much! X

Hi Nikki, i feel exactly the same. Im 3dpo and im in agony. I’m sooo swollen one side. Its really bugging me and very bruised. Ice pack on my boobs and hot water bottle on my back really does help.

@nikki yeah thats deff a good idea just take what you can and rest! Youl feel tired all the time anyway but basically do as little as possible! I done exactly the same as you with the macom sizing i actually really prefer it to the cheaper ones but yeah keep it on the looser hook for sure 🙂 defiantly try the hot water bottle i find it really helps i also put a pillow under my bum when i sleep as sitting down all day/night starts to hurt ..that may help too 🙂 xx
