Fake tan!!

Heyyy all, I’m 10 days post op today and I have been told I can’t shower until 2 weeks post op but they also said I shouldn’t tan for 6 weeks, not on my boobs anyway which I wasn’t going to however I was just wondering how any of you’s kept your incisions clean from getting any tan run on them when going in the shower from your neck and top half etc. I suggested plasters to my nurse but she said that will seal moisture in and keep the incisions wet which you don’t want s o. Any ideas/experiences??

You could try a tan which doesn’t need washing off like the st tropez self tan purity bronzing water x

I don’t get the “you can’t shower for 2 weeks” thing! I showered from 1dpo.. Take the shower head down from the holder and wash your lower half. Wash armpits/near boobs with a flannel and wash mousse or wipes. Flip hair forward and wash! No water goes anywhere near incisions! Hope this helps x

I’ve faked tanned since 3 days post op at first I used plasters but ever since about 2 weeks.. I just wipe of the tan from my scar line once I’m finished tanning
Then I just removed my tan the day before I had my nurse post op appointment x

I went to the salon and got my hair washed for the first two weeks and then just had a shallow bath for my lower half and used baby wipes for the top
