Anyone having their surgery at pall mall this Friday?!
Just wondering as well if ice packs are essential to get for post op?
    I’ve got:
    V pillow
    Sliders for after surgery
Loose joggers and zip up jacket
    Travel pillow
Macom 1x day bra 1x sleep bra (was going to wait till after surgery to get more as didn’t know how much swelling size etc)
    Do I need anything else?

Hey Nikki, I have Fibromyalgia so unable to use ice packs and to be honest haven’t felt like I’ve needed them anyway. Also take baby wipes, a bowl for the journey home in case of sickness and a couple of bottles of water and a snack for after your op. They do offer you something to eat but I was so hungry I was eating as soon as I woke. Can’t think of anything else. Good luck hun xx

Read my lastest post ladies. Had my surgery today. Ice packs wouldn’t bother with honestly. Let them swell and heal naturally normally.
Nothing to worry about. I would say pack some lozengers for throat afterwards and some
cash not card as visitors have to pay for food whilst waiting but you get.yxxour food for free it’s great haha good luck Preston staff are amazing xx

I wouldn’t say ice pack to the hospital but they are a definite must around day 3/4 once all the meds start wearing off and your starting to heal they help so much xxx
