Feeling confused

So my surgery is booked for 8th December and Mr Netri has suggested 400-450cc HP unders, I am hoping for a natural looking DD.

I am really wanting a really natural look, and was thinking I’d like Mod+. When I mentioned Mod+ to Mr Netri he went on to say he felt HP would be better due to side boob and me having a narrow breast? also unders were recommended due to me not having much breast tissue.

My worry is, am I going to have a stuck on look due to HP having more projection and me not having ample tissue to cover the implant, also do I go for 400 or 450 …… I don’t want to end up an f+ cup size. My brain is fried 🙁

If you want a DD it’s going to be 400 CC + with HP especially if you don’t have much breast tissue on top.

I had a consult with Netri, he said i needed the same, I was a a and a small b.

Moderate might just make them look wider.

I wanted DD but then i realised that a DD wouldn’t look natural on me. So i’ve gone for a smaller size.

Netri is very good, I’d trust his opinion.

Hi Hannah, I am leaning more towards the 400cc as would rather come up a bit smaller than DD than too much over, especially with loosing some projection due to going under.

What size have you decided on? If you don’t mind me asking. X

I think 450 would make you larger than a DD. But it also depends on your current size now? I was a 32B and had 400, I’m now am E/F. Xx

I had 450 mod plus n I’m a 34F from a 34a/b…. if u don’t want to be any bigger than DD I’d consider 350 as 400 is still more DD/E from what I’ve seen where as I’ve seen 260-350 d/DD xx

Also hp can still look very natural esp if u have a smaller implant xx

I wear a 34c at the moment but they are very empty after breastfeeding.

Did you both have unders or overs?

I’m seriously thinking I need to ring my PC and ask them to order the 350 & 400 as opposed to the 400 & 450 they put down.

Yeah they use hp for narrow breasts as the base is smaller than mod+, you would just end up with a tone of side boob and wide looking boobs with mod+. I was wearing a 32a (basically flat chested) and got 400 hp unders. Im 15 weeks post op and meassuring d/dd/e depending where i go. Have a look on my profile if you wish. I think for what your looking for 450 may be too much especially with you being a C cup already.

I think what worries me most is having really obvious implant lines at the top. I think I’m just a weird shape as I can get a decent cleavage with a bra now but take it off and they disappear haha! X

I had Partials Hun. It is such a big decision. But also let me add that I am wearing a E/F but I would say I look a DD in clothes? So don’t worry to much about the measuring afterwards as long as you get the look you want xx

With unders you wont get the obvious lines at the top. Most of myas ‘unders’ are actually ‘partials’ so the surgeon only cuts the muscle up to your nipple, then dont cut it all the way so it sits mor naturally and you dont get the round line at the top x
