So I know I’m only 1 week post op but I actually hate my boobs!! I feel so gutted as it’s one thing I’ve always wanted!! Specially after my 2 babies and for my own confidence and to feel happy in my self! I really hope they change so much! I know I had 50cc bigger in one and paid extra 500 for it but they look no difference! They still look awful !! What do I do …

What don’t you like? The size? The fact that one is still of different volume? I am to one week post op, but with non stop reading on here of other girls stories, one week post op is soo soon to see if you like your new boobs or not, I see some girls hate their boobs till 3months then at month 4 love them! Patience is key! I’m sure with time you’ll love your new additions xxx

Can I ask who your surgeon was? I know we all said to wait it out and they change soo much etc, but it does look like one implant has fallen, did they not offer an uplift on one side? I’m not a surgeon so have no idea really, but I had a slight change In where my boob crease is however my boobs were very similar size so my skin elasticity was tight, where as one side of yours that drops seems to be less elastic to the other in my personal opinion, either way in my personal opinion your implant shouldn’t have fallen that low at one week post op and I would deffo ask to see someone as soon as possible, it should nothing to worry about you have three years free revision xxx

I had mr Jallali, my pc did mention it when I first saw her. Then when I saw mr Jallali he didn’t mention it he just said about the bigger implant, then I had a phone call saying it’s £500 more. But I thought for it’s going to give me even boobs and my confidence back it be worth it, then day of surgery he came in and then said oh you might need a up lift later on… y not do it all in one?? Y not make it right for me in one go?? Honestly I’m so gutted and so unhappy! They just look ugly still!! Specially where I got 2 babies and thought once and once only get it done I’ve had so much help this last week I can’t imagine going through it again!!

Your boobs aren’t horrible! I know it’s easy to say but you’ll be beautiful either way! I understand though.. we go into this with such high hopes and expectations and to be honest when paying thousands we expect to wake up with an improvement on the boobs we had before, it’s realistic to never expect perfection but honestly I do believe your surgeon has done you so wrong here, fight for what’s right! Like we said it’s still very early doors there are many changes but i do believe the implant has fallen to fast and low for this short time xx

Im speechless at the results after your surgery, I’m not sure how a surgeon can have you on an operating table and say to themselves “yes, this is amazing, I’ve done a good job here and she’ll be so pleased” then stitch you up and leave you without the corrections you wanted and needed. You’re beautiful either way but I would 100% be calling someone tomorrow. I’ll be thinking of you and keeping my fingers crossed xx

Hey yes definatly speak up and let them know your concerns and you were advised to have different implant sizes to perfect your symmetry and it doesn’t seem to have worked.
I had mine first done with HMG and I never spoke up that I was unhappy with the result untill it was too late and they conveniently ‘lost’ my before photos and I didn’t have any!
Don’t let it get you down it will be all worth it in the end!!

Did they suggest an uplift with the implant placement Maria? I’m having uplift and augmentation as my surgeon wants to get the fresh boob turn the clock back to pre-children look. They seem to have placed two very differnt sized implants for you, they weight difference must feel strange. Don’t be afraid to go back, their customer care is fabulous xx
