Hey. Had my op Monday 4th and I feel so sick.
I stopped the codeine 2 days post op and I have 2 more of my antibiotics to take. Tonight I feel awful. I’m struggling sleeping, I’m hot and I just feel genuinely crap. Is this something that usually happens? I’m also incredibly bloated, I have never bloated this bad before ????
Got my 1st post op apt in 3 days.
    Thanks xxx

Your results look fantastic! It’s awful feeling so sick and I hope it passes for you soon! It may be the antibiotics of its still continuing after stopping the codeine. Ensure you’re taking them as prescribed (with food or whatever) as it may be your tummy needs a bit more for lining it.
Good luck in your follow up and with the rest of your recovery!

Hi Hun! I had my op on the 4th too at London! Where was yours? I felt the same with sickness I was horrendous from the anaesthetic and was sick constantly for hours and hours after then the following day I had waves of sickness which continued til I stopped the co-dydramol on the Wednesday. I swapped for paracetamol and it made me feel so much better. Although still get waves now and then sadly 🙁 I think it’s more anxiety now though. Hope your feeling a bit better now. It’s such a difficult journey isn’t it xx

Hiya Melanie I’ve not had my op yet but I no bloating is totally normal and really common after anaesthetic, it can all cause constipation too which obviously can also lead to bloating xxx

Bloating is 100% normal as Claire says! Mine lasted for about 5 days and then gradually got better. I also think it sounds like the antibiotics causing the nausea, as annoying as it is it should stop after finishing the course (but obviously make sure you finish them!) Great results 🙂 xx

Hi! I also had my op on Monday (4th of December) everything you said you went through is totally normal I’ve been through the same. I’m very skinny and my belly look bloated like I’m pregnant 🙂 i’m also dealing with sore throat and hot flashes, pain killers really help.. make sure you stay on the antibiotics till the course is done while maintaining food intake balance to avoid any stomach problems, they say after two weeks you will feel much better and the first week is the toughest! so hang in there! its going to pass xx if you’re in pain take paracetamol it really helps! your boobs look fabulous! x

I had my op on the 2nd December…. 1 week po today….. the week has flown by but I also have been suffering with a really sore throat, bloatedness and feeling genuinely unwell since the op. But on the bright side I have amazing boobies that make it all very worthwhile xx

Aahhh as bad as this sounds, I’m glad it’s totally normal! Haha.
This week has been horrendous, I knew it’d be bad, but I never for one minute thought it’d be like this – with the nausea etc.
Carly I had mine at The New Birkdale in Liverpool. So, so happy with them. Just really struggling with the bloating and sickness.
Today I have been burping quite a lot haha, so hopefully that’ll sort itself out soon haha.
    Thank you all!!
I have finished my antibiotics now. Yeay!! That was shocking haha.
Can’t wait for the drop and fluff! Xx

Ah did you! Yes I’m the same with the bloating I feel like I’ve put so much weight on but the scales say only 2lb so got to be down to just being bloated! Hopefully it’ll pass for us soon 🙂 how are u feeling pain wise now? I found yesterday a major turning point! So relieved to be feeling more normal 🙂 happy healing lovely 🙂 xx
