Had my BA on Monday and I know I need to be patient but I’m so worried that I look too big! Had 280cc natrelle unders and was hoping for a small C but I feel HUGE. And the meds are making me feel really sick…can’t imagine going back to work next week. Anyone else had similar size? When did yours drop/ swelling go down? Thank you! X

    Hi hun,

Im 8 days PO now (345 HP overs) – and felt very sore and occassionally sick for the first couple of days… I didnt do much – just sat on the couch for 5 days, but as soon as I started moving around more I started to feel better and my swelling went down a lot!! Take it easy – but try walk around a bit and drink LOTS of water!!

5 Days PO i tried going back to work but was dizzy and sore so I went home, I tried again 7 days PO and it was so much better!! I know its hard to get leave, but wait till you feel ready… after day 3 you get better so much faster and make progress every day!!

The swelling will make you look HUGE at first, dont worry – when it goes down they really dont seem as big, I also thought mine looked huge, but now I think they’re much better!!

    Happy healing hun!! xx

I had 280 anatomical partial unders on Monday and I’m around full B / small C but started very small! I was worried the first day they’d look huge but I know there’s swelling and they have yet to settle. I think you’ll be the size you want, just give it a couple of weeks! :)

Aww thanks girls making me feel better. I’ve been walking a bit but can definitely do more and haven’t been drinking much water. I think it’s also the shock of going from zero boobs to proper boobs! Did your swelling start to go down after 5 days or so meln? Must learn patience 😉

I had 265cc overs you can add me if you like. I wanted a C and am now a D! It’s ok though, i like them but did not initially. I rejected 285cc because when i put them in the bra they seemed massive! Swelling will take a week or so to go down. x

Thanks for the add charlipeggerzx – yours look really good! Think mine are a bit smaller so possibly the c I wanted…

Hun, I wouldn’t worry, your implant wasn’t huge, so the likelihood of you being stupidly big is very limited. Implants always look smaller then they measure, so prepare yourself for that, but I wouldn’t worry, let them settle down, and be patient for a few weeks xx

Hi, I had 280 anatomicals under the muscle on Monday, they are so swollen all over but really at the sides! I can’t put my arms by my sides properly, is this normal?? Am scared they are gonna be huge. I barely filled an A cup before and wanted to be a C. I also never had any nipple asymmetry before and they look a little bit uneven now, I know probs cause of the swelling but am so impatient to know there gonna look how I wanted!!!!

Hi lblack a LOT will be swelling, I’m now 3 weeks po and soooo much happier than before! First week is hard as its such a change from what you are used to and the swelling makes it really hard to imagine the end result. I was pretty swollen at the sides too but that’s gone down (and remember once they soften and your in a normal bra they’ll get pushed more to the middle). Mine were asymmetrical before my op and they still are – yours could just be because one side is more swollen than the other so looks higher. Just hang on through the first week and I guarantee from then on you will love them!

Thank u for ur reply. It’s so good to be able to talk to someone who is going (gone) thru it!!! Think just so bored doing not very much while they heal makes me obsessed with it all! When roughly did ur swelling start to go down and when did u notice any softening, I feel like i have rocks in my chest still. Are u still wearing the bra they gave u after surgery all the time x

Hehe I was obsessed during that first week, swear I must have looked at them every 5 minutes to see if anything had changed! I reckon mine started to feel less like rocks after my 1 week check up with the nurse, but still pretty firm now – think it will be a while until they feel more natural. Swelling started to go around the same time, my left is still more swollen than my right which is a bit annoying! I never got a bra after surgery just a breast band which I only had to use for a week. Anything you want to know just ask, I panicked a lot in the first two weeks about random pains etc and asking other girls who had been through it really reassured me. which surgeon did you have?

I never had it done with Mya!!!! Might get booted off here now! I went to spire in Manchester under mr murphy, just came across this thread while googling last night! Thought I had done all my research into it but it’s more of a minefield once u have it done I think!!!! Scars very itchy and tight today but got my one week check with the nurse on Monday so will probs feel better when seen her. Just started with some shooting pains today too, lol, the joys! What kinda bras u wearing now then, I go away 2 weeks on Monday and would would quite like to get a coupled of comfy but supportive ones that are not quite as thick and ugly as what I am in now!!!!! Been googling all morning. Need to get out I think. Looking forward to driving hopefully after Monday

Hi girls, I’m planning on having surgery in oct and have been looking at having 240cc natrelle unders… i’m currently an a/b cup but want to be a c… i want to know if your implants seem smaller now than they initially seemed when you first tried them on for size during your consultations because i tried the normal CUI 230cc and 260cc and they both looked quite big! : x

I had 295s overs, they were quite stuck on looking to begin with but once they started to relax and drop a bit they looked so natural so just give it time. I think they can change for up to a year so dont think how they are now is how they will end up staying!

I had 280 anatomicals under and barely an A before surgery. Got measured today but still very swollen as just a week since surgery and was a D so hoping when they drop and all swelling goes down to be a C x

    Hello ladies

I am about to have Nagor 280 cc high projection (high profile) tear drop/anatomicals done, partially under the muscle. I’m a bit concerned these may be too small and would appreciate if you could share your experience. I understand what it looks like varies from person to person but getting at least a general idea would be greatly appreciated. So if any of you has had that, or similar size done, I’d love to hear how you feel about it.

I have discussed this with my surgeon and have told him I’d like to go for the natural look. But at the same time I’d like to see noticeable results. I am now 34A. Thanks so much
