Finally had my surgery !!

Felt like this day would never come but so happy with the results! Feeling a bit sore but it’s so worth it if anyone was thinking about going through with breast enlargement, do it!!

I was measuring at a 32A. I’m quite petite so very little tissue and very little boob! Mr Mashhadi was my surgeon HIGHLY RECOMMEND – answered all my questions and he knew exactly implant size to go for which would be in proportion to the rest of my body. I did have the option between 225 – 300 but I decided to go for 270cc.

My admission time was 7:30 and by 8:45 I was going into theatre! All the staff was amazing and considering I was so nervous they made me feel a lot better!

Mr Masshadi and I agreed on 270cc, Anatomical under the muscle to still achieve and full but natural look! And already I’m so happy with the size just can’t wait for them to drop and fluff.

Overall, great experience!! Couldn’t be happier

so pleased to find someone that has had surgery with Dr Mashadi as well as anatomicals. I have him next sunday and am having anatomicals too. i am going for 225CCs and am currently a 34A.
I would be fantastic if you were able to post some pics as I am struggling to find any pics of anatomicals. If not, please can you tell me if they look at natural as they are supposed to? x

Hello, I’m unable to post any pictures at the moment but I can assure you they look very natural and I only had my surgery yesterday but already so pleased with the results!

I was so worried because I hadn’t seen many pictures of Mr Masshadi’s work but at the consultation he was very honest with me and gave me options that would give me the results I was looking for and I’m very happy I listened to what he advised because from what I can see they look so natural and they are in proportion to my body as well!

I’m feeling a bit rough today, pains a lot worse than I anticipated. It feels very tight and sore so I’m very restricted to what I can and can’t do but then that’s expected!

I’ve had a little peak at them and they look a lot bigger today but I think that’s down to the swelling? I’ve read that they will eventually go down but I’m still very happy with the size I chose!

sorry to hear you are feeling rough today :(. hopefully that passes quickly.
I have a question about pre surgery. Before going into theatre, how much time does Mr Mashaadi spend with you going over everything? do you still get another chance to discuss implant size and make a final decision. Just feeling really nervous about the size im going for. I think that is the only thing really stressing me out tbh.

If I’m honest, I wasn’t with him long before going into surgery – he came in, went through a few things like how I was feeling about the surgery and then took a few photos and that was it really! Probably spoke about more things but I was so nervous it’s all a bit of a blur now!

I’m not sure if you can leave it right up until the surgery to discuss the implant sizes because I called in a few weeks before as I was unsure about the size and implant I’d chosen and they spoke to me about postponing the surgery if I wasn’t certain but then I’ve read that some people have left it right up until a week before!? So I’m not entirely sure how it works?

If you’re uncertain about anything best thing to do is get in contact with them just to discuss it because it’s such a big deal and you want to be 100% sure you’ve made the right decision! You’ll definitely have doubts, I know I did but I just thought he wouldn’t suggest anything that wouldn’t look right on me?

The size was my main worry, for ages I thought 270cc would be too small for me but then I started to see more and more before and after pictures and began to worry it’ll be too big? But I’m definitely happy I didn’t go for anything bigger!

Hey, I’m so happy all went well for you. I’m currently a 32a and am still debating between 275cc/300cc, I know theres not much difference but it’s a stressful decision to make.

My surgeon actually recommended the tear drop implants as I’m after a really natural look but because I’ve heard so much about the risk of rotating so that kind of threw me off. So glad to hear you’re pleased xx

There isn’t actually much difference between the 2 sizes but as my surgeon said 300cc would be the max I could have we actually started discussing along the lines of 250cc as I wanted a natural look.

I was worried that once I’d got it done I’d wish I went bigger so I settled for 270cc and I’m happy I didn’t go any bigger because it suits my frame!

And in regards to Teardrop implants, I was set on rounded implants because the idea of teardrop implants rotating worried me! But I know I would not achieve a natural look with round ones as I was very flat chested but I’m happy with the decision I made x
