    Hi ladies,
Excited, nervous… not sure what I am but buzzing about my first app. Can anyone tell me what to expect/prepare myself for on my initial consultation? I am 100% with having the procedure and I’m hoping for a quick turn around (may be asking the world but I can’t wait!) 🙂
I also have a physical job and realistically dont want to take more than 2-3 weeks off… am I being realistic?
    OPINIONS PLEASE LADIES!!
I am very slight with more muscle than meat, if anyone is the same stats please share your experience/pics/recovery/overs/unders…

    Many thanks!!!

Hey! You’ve got nothing to worry about! To give you a timeline of my case, my first consultation was Jan 25th surgeon consultation 21st Feb and surgery April 24th, so I’m still on my journey too! It all depends on your surgeons availability, if your lucky enough to get a cancelled space which would free up a closer date if that’s what your looking for, I’m a health care practioner, a lot of manual handling, been told for two weeks off and 4weeks no lifting or straining, I hope your first consultation goes well, you have nothing to worry about xx

Thanks Louise that’s great to hear. I know none of use are alone with this journey but someone in the same boat is reassuring ???? I’m not dead set on getting them done before my hols in June but would be a perk! I work with horses so would have to be so careful I do t get knocked about but that time of year life’s easier!! Xx
