So had my boobs done by the lovely Mr Traynor yesterday. They look amazing already! I had 350/375cc. Was a 32c, no idea what i will measure to but have a 32f sports bra on atm. (Hoping to be dd at least). Anyone else had same size and what did they end up with bra size?
Anyway i tried sleeping upright tonight and couldn’t sleep for more then an hour before my back was in bits and i was in a lot of pain. I have ended up getting up at 4am, sitting on couch and taking some pain killers. Any advice on getting a comfortable nights sleep? How many pillows etc? Thank you so much x x

I’m currently in the same problem as you! I had mine done yesterday! The pain is bearable but uncomfy! I found moving around is less painful than laying down! Have you got a V-pillow? I would definitely recommend one! There fabulous! It’s helped me sleep between 10-4;30 with only 1 co codamol! Currently wide awake now but the pain if okay just hard to go to the toilet and open doors on my own!

As bad as it sounds i am glad someone else feels my struggle haha i will look now for a v pillow as i will try anything that helps.
Yes opening doors is so annoying, getting a small bath and washing my hair could be interesting, hopefully blag my other half to help me haha
Hope you manage to relax soon x x

Im 6 dpo and found sleeping the worst bit. Im getting there now with two pillows propped up as if i was going to read a book in bed then v shaped pillow over those. I have a pillow under my thighs just at the bottom of my bum to stop me slipping and a small pillow to rest my head because i sleep with my head to one side. Try and make sure the bottom of your back is supported to take the pressure off.

I alternate painkillers so have whatevers next ready on bedside table for when i wake up. The worst bit for me is the tingling/burning feeling when i lie down and i cant take codeine in any form ????

Ive managed 10-2ish (short wake up) then till 6ish which is much better than before.

    The sleep bit is tough!!

Hi girls, I also had my op yesterday too, are any of you experiencing a pain that I can only describe as burning/sharp stabbing/tingling pain? I’m getting it on my left boob mainly when I try to either sit up better or try and get out of bed? Literally don’t want to move as it brings on the pain haha! X

Hi Hun. I had my op Sunday and I have a V shaped pillow and I angle all my other pillows underneath me as a prop. Not had a sore back or bum yet! Xx

It does get easier. I used a v shape pillow where my bum was on the bed. I kept slipping down. Try and walk even if round the garden as your back gets so sore from the position. Keep up with pain killers. I took mine to bed with a drink and a packet of biscuits. If I was having ibuprofen I would eat a couple of biscuits first so it didn’t give me that sick feeling. I also have been sitting in a shallow bath but kept my sports bra on. Just felt like warm water helped with numb bum feeling. I’m day 8 and still extremely tired but sleeping better and hardly and pain killers now x

I had my op yesterday morning and my right breast is really sore but my left is fine. I slept with 2 pillows then a v pillow but tried to make it a sort of gradual slope otherwise bottom hurt! Then I could just rest my head to one side on the top of the v pillow. I slept ok on and off but I’m in a hotel so hopefully be better in my own bed. My right shoulder blade area is very sore too. Remember to drink plenty of water and up your protein to help healing. Xx

Thank you for the lovely, helpful replies girls. Makes me feel at ease knowing its not just me =) I have invested in a v-pillow whoh should be here tomorrow so uaing extra pillows tl try sleep tonight. Through the day the pains not to bad but i do have a really high pain threshold thank god. Hope everyone is coping through it and i will to. I was told walking around and doing small things like making a cuppa helps with recovery as loosens you up rather then feeling tight and stiff. Good luck everyone!! x x
