Fitzroy

Hi all,

I’ve also posted this in the uplift section

I’ve am booked to have an uplift with under the muscle implants in April and I’m having an overnight stay at the Fitzroy.

My chaperone is reluctant to drive into London to collect me so I’m wondering how would be best for me to return home. Would travelling by tube be a nightmare? Should I perhaps book another hotel stay somewhere else? I’m worried I’m going to be stranded now!!

Hiya Zoe,

I’m booked in on March 19th and have arranged for my partner to pick me up . Live pretty close so no overnight stay. However in your position I’d deffo look into a night in a hotel once discharged for comfort and see if there’s anyone else who can pick you up. Your going to need that support from day one. Uplift and BA is a lot of trauma. To the body so your going to need some rest .
