Follow up appointments

How long did people have off work (I have an office based job) and how many follow up appointments did people have

I’m not with Mya and I’m now nearly 10wpo and I’ve had two follow up appointments, I had 4 weeks off work as I had some holidays to use and was over Christmas, I also have an office job but I had unders so recovery was a bit slower. I couldn’t have driven before then anyway as I didn’t feel up to it, some have a fab recovery so I know everyone’s different 🙂 I’m ok now and the pain and emotions seem like a distant memory lol x

I’m an office job too and was told 4 to 5 days should be enough. I’m taking a full week off to be safe. I haven’t had my op yet and I’m not with Mya but I have a nurse follow up 7 days after, then another at 6 weeks and a final one with the surgeon at 12 weeks I believe.

I am with Mya I will be taking just over a week off work and my follow up is booked in for 7 days after my op.

Yeah Hun that’s what I have to 🙂 last app in two weeks for me, everyone heals differently so you might be ok, just listen to your body 🙂 good luck with your op Hun x

Please be prepared for everyday small things being more difficult. Even in an office job, you have probably got heavy doors to open, things to bend down and open, or reaching for things across a desk Even twisting in your chair to get up and move could pull. All those things can pull around your boobs and hurt! I poured the kettle yesterday 5days post op and it hurt. Seriously. We take for granted stuff we can do before a boob job!

Hi Hun I mya have 4 follow up apps usually well I did one a 7days post op one at 2 weeks post op 6 week check up and then I sugoen follow up at 12 weeks xxx

Hiya, I have an office job too, today it’s my 8th day post op and first day back at work. I was absolutely fine at work however I did get the bus there and back instead of walking as I still feel a bit weak and am a bit slow haha 🙂 good luck with your op! xx

Thank you all. Do people mind me asking what price you have paid fir breast enlargement and who with? I’ve bern looking for so long and all are so different x
