Fresh out of surgery pics! 14/07/17

I took few snaps before they put in macom on me and I am super happy!
In pain now but well worth it! Feeling tight on my chest, walking like a granny at speed of a tortoise but it will all pass and massive beautiful rack will stay <3
Excuse my face on one of the pics I was having a moment there but boooobs <3
