Hi, I’m coming up to 5 weeks post op on sunday. I had 400cc overs from a 34 A
/B. I’m sick of getting fatter now and itching to get back to the gym. Do you think it will be fine to go back now?
I feel like I have healed up fine now but I don’t see my surgeon until the 15 of Sept! I can’t wait that long haha xxx

I’d personally wait the 6 weeks you may of healed outside but the inside takes alot longer to heal and then i would ease yourself into it gradually xx

Hiya at my 6wk appointment the nurse said I could go to the gym but no upper body, no sit ups. You have come all this way just hang in there and speak to your nurse first before you go doing anything. Xx

I normally just run on the treadmill then go for a swim. I definitely going to leave the swimming until I’m fully healed but I was just hoping I could start to get bk to jogging xx

I’m 6 weeks post op and itching to get to the gym, but I’m worried about what bra I should wear … Have any of you got any recomendations on where to get good sports bras for post surgery?

Hey girls, i would definitely wait the 6 weeks and then start very slowly with any upper body exercises.
I had unders and one of my implants moved a little, being pushed down by the muscle. It is fine now, but just listen to your bodies and take it slow.
As for the bra, i’m running in a shock absorber run, they are cheapest on amazon and the back size comes up quite tight. LS x
