Had my operation on Thursday at Preston with mr Netri. My admission time was 2pm I was took to my room and didn’t really see anyone for a few hours. The anaesthetic man came to see me and went through what would happen and then mr Netri came down to draw on me. I was then walked down for my op at about quarter to 6. I remember them putting the anaesthetic in and me asking why I wasn’t falling asleep the man then held my hand and I don’t remember anything after that. The next thing I remember was waking up in recovery crying and saying how uncomfortable I felt. I was took back to my room for about half 7. I’m really bad with pain in general anyway so I’m not surprised with how bad I felt. They brought me some pain killers and I then had something to eat and drink and was took to the toilet. I then had to have my drains taken out which wasn’t the nicest but was bearable. The nurse got me dressed and not long after I was allowed to leave. I arrived home at about 1am. I’m finding it reallyyyy hard to sleep sitting up and if I stay in one place for a while all my arms and back go really stiff but it will all be worth it!! I was expecting to be in pain anyway as like I said I have a really low pain tolerance. I will upload some pictures of before and after. I would really recommend mr Netri though, he is so nice but you don’t see many stories about him as I think he is quite new to Mya. I had 450cc high profile unders. I’m so exited to see how much they change over time and can’t wait to feel normal again!

Your boobs look amazing! I’m looking to book with Mr Netri in November and heard he does really small insisions and he’s lovely. You’re right there’s not many stories about mr Netri so I was a bit nervous but after reading this it’s really put my mind at ease. I’m unsure what size to go as one is bigger than the other so looking at either 400cc/450cc or 425cc and 475cc. I think I’m gonna be like you with the pain as my pain threshold is very low so you’ve prepared me for the worst lol! Are you sleeping with a v pillow to help support sleeping sitting up? And what post op bra are you using?

Hi hun, aw thank u!! yeah I’m not going to lie about the pain haha but I know it will be worth it in the end! I can’t see what my incisions are like yet but I’ve also heard he does small neat ones! Yeah I have 2 V pillows I have a load of pillows behind me and then a v pillow and then I have a load of pillows at my side with a v pillow to try and rest my head on haha. I have a Macom on at the minute and also bought one of the high impact sports bras form marks and Spencer’s but I can’t get that one on it’s too small so my mum has gone out to buy me a bigger size today! I would deffo go with Mr Netri though! X

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking, it will all be worth it when you can wear what you want, and look amazing in plunge dresses and bikinis! Okay I definitely need to get some of those then. Which macom bra did you get as there’s so many different models. What size did you buy for the macom bra? Awhh bless ya! I want to be prepared but don’t want to buy the wrong size. Did he tape yours up or just plasters as I’ve seen some people have them taped up and others don’t. Yeah you’ve convinced me to stick with him. I was contemplating going with another surgeon as there was a late space but I’d rather pay the extra and not rush things I think. It’s such a big decision! X

I got the signature clay macom bra in size medium. They go off back size and the cups stretch. Medium works out at a 34 back. I was expecting to wake up with strapping on but I didn’t, just woke up with my incisions covered and a breast band on which I have to keep on, they provide you with that though you don’t need to buy one! Buy Ice packs too cos ur boobs get soooo warm. Yeah it is a big decision! When will you be getting urs done? X

@chloelewisxxxx sorry, I’ve just seen this, I heard the bras go off back sizes and I’m currently a 32 but if I get a small (32) some people say it will be too tight due to swelling. That’s good that they provided you with a breast band, not seen many people with one, lost I’ve seen have strapping or just plasters on insisions. Thanks for the tip, I’ll bring some ice packs with me. I’m hoping for 3rd November but haven’t booked yet as waiting for my credit card to come through. Hope it’s not been taken yet as it would be perfect before Christmas. I have the deposit but don’t want to book if I can’t get enough credit on my card :/ how are you getting on? Have they changed much? X

@chloelewisxxxx I’ve booked my surgery date today!! Can’t wait I’m so exited! I’ll probably get a medium in macom bra then if it’s tight on you. What size was you before? I’m glad the pain is getting better, I can’t really imagine what it’s gonna be like as I’ve never had any kind of operation before so it’s all new. Hopefully with my date being 3rd November, I’ll be okay for Christmas with my new boobs ???? Xx
