Had my surgery yesterday and they have put a strap on to help the implants settle. I had 400cc.
But iv honestly never been in so much pain in my life ???? and im not usually soft. But i have a swollen right shoulder and its really painful? Is this normal. Its also really hot to touch. Also in the middle of my chest is so tight and sore they kept telling me to practice deep breaths as i was having trouble when i came round so they told me i needed to keep deep breathing or my lungs would collapse and its really scared me!
    Has anyone been through this?
    Thanks in advance xxx

The breathing I can say I had the same thing, I couldnā€™t breath in properly and because of it I couldnā€™t talk properly either. People were calling me and I had to keep passing the phone to other people and have them explain that Iā€™m finding it hard to breathe properly. Once Iā€™d taken the painkillers and muscle relaxant I was able to breathe easier, not perfectly but definitely easier. it only lasted 2 days for me but it was a struggle and scared me too. Try and keep calm, take your medication and sit upright, it helps! I hope youā€™re pleased with your new twins šŸ™‚ x

Yeah i couldnt speak either i was really breathless! Im glad you got through it doll ???? thats given me a bit of ease. Yeah its definitely easier with pain killers but my chest starts getting sore if i dont keep doing deep breaths still. Keep getting worried about my lungs haha even though ill just be being paranoid now.
Thank you they look good so far and hope you love yours too! ???? xx

It took me a couple of days before I could breathe in and talk properly. Take your painkillers and dose up on dulcolax as well, just one tab if you arenā€™t going to the toilet for a number 2. I didnā€™t go for 10 days and the pain was horrendous.

Hang in there, itā€™s not a walk in the park, youā€™ve had a serious operation, be kind to yourself, donā€™t expect too much of yourself and rest. Iā€™m 15 dpo and I only drove my car yesterday, for me itā€™s been slow but you have to be patient xx

I had that straight after too. The nurse said I was suffering more than the lady next to me as I had big implants. I had 475cc from 34b. I tried to use my tummy to breath if you know what I mean? Pushing it out as I breathed so I didn’t have to use my chest so much, it felt so tight. I thought there’s no way I’d not need pain killers week 2 but I didn’t and was fine, thank god. X x
