:sad::confused:what do you put on area to help scares and when dones the pain ease up on day 4 now had undermuscle still painfull and feeling sick

:wink:I had under too! i was told not to put anything on scars for a while. 4 days post op you shpuld still have your dressing on no? when my scars healed i used bio oil and that worked well for me. I had a bit of pain for a week or so but felt more stiff than anything for a couple of weeks. It gets better dont worry. First few days was the worst. Hope you get better soon hun xx

:shamed:hi yer is getting bit easyer had tape on had taken off other day got strips on scars to sunday then take off
my boob look funny shape said was normal and then will go to a better shape hope so
yer really stiff i had 410 with dr singh was very nice
dones the bio help redcued scares as saw them and dont look that great but guess go down in time
