Harder, bigger boob???

All of a sudden my right boob feels bigger and harder than my left? Like it’s more prominent? Is this normal has anyone had this? Feels weird and uncomfortable? 20dpo

I am 22 days post and I am the same. My left side has been sore well more uncomfortable than the right for last few days. They seem to look ok, I did have one slightly bigger before but not enough to have different size implants.
