I’m 11 days post op, I’m noticing that I’m actually losing weight.. before my op I would be on the go all day and barely have time to eat, so would eat fast food etc. The last 10 days I’ve been eating particilarly heslthily and regularly but I am losing weight… it’s not a bad thing but I’m just wondering if anyone else did? Following on with the weight loss thing. How much do you think is reasonable to lose? I mean, I’m not at my ideal body weight so I do want to lose, but super slowly (mainly because I’m rubbish at eating right anyway) do you think If you lose weight in a super slow manner over a longneck period of time, that it wouldn’t negatively impact the implants?

I’m on the other side of this where I’m worried about gaining weight whilst I can’t be active!

This might be different for everyone but for me personally, on the day if my op i weighed 9,12lb i lost a little bit im now 9,7lb i had 400cc under the mucsle an i was a 32c before the op so i definitely had breast tissue aswel as a muscle covering my implant an just with that little but if weight loss i have got rippling. I had textured imlants which have a thicker shell so they tend to show ripples more. Im having revision for a few different problems so at the same time im switching to 500cc smooth hoping the rippling will be less. Id say definitely be careful losing weight keep an eye on your boobs x

@lauraj1987 Oh god this worries me, I’m on a diet for my hol only lost 4lb so far but do hope to lose another half a stone. I was a size A before op so nothing to really lose off my boobs. Do your boobs look smaller? xx

Dont worry too much just keep an eye on them because for the sake of a few pound its not worth it but if u lose some an no ripples its a bonus. Most of mine are just felt but gave me a shock when i actually spotted them in the mirror when wearing a low cut top, not what u want when u just spent 1000s £££ im not losing anymore now hoping the smooth will be better aswel but if not will probs gain a couple of pound and maintain xx
