Has anyone had a revision overs to unders to solve rippling?

Hi all, got 400cc mod plus overs but have bad rippling over top and cleavage. Has anyone had a revision from overs to unders to solve rippling and give a more natural look? Seeing my surgeon next week and want to know if it’s something I should push for? Also, does it help to have unders with a smaller implant? Thanks!! Xx

Similar situation for me too – I had my op 5 months ago and have rippling on one side. I had 285 overs and was told I had enough breast tissue. I’m having a revision in October (the only time I can have them done because of work), and he’s going to do partials this time instead, but I’m worried I lose some size, although surgeon says no? Absolutely gutted I have to have another surgery as otherwise boobs are fab 🙁
