    Had a second consultation with my surgeon today, and I’ve opted for a smaller (400cc) implant, moderate profile. I want them big but natural looking and I don’t want them to stick out too far. I trust my surgeon and I’m sure I will love them but it’s so frustrating that I won’t know until I’ve spent £… and they’re inside me! Just so worried I’ve chosen the wrong implants. Anyone else feel like this? If you’re post op, how do you feel now?

    I was really worried I had 450 mod plus but I love them I’m only 3weeks post op but I love the shape/ cleavage and the profile I chose mod plus coz I wanted the cleavage and gelt I had wide boobs, I don’t no if I did or if it was just me but I’m happy with my choice, I did think they might be too big but they aren’t n sometimes I think I could of gone bigger but I’m glad I didn’t go smaller xx

    I actually joked with my surgeon asking if would put a set in, let me see if I like them and then if not let me try another size to compare… if only! It’s hard making such a Big decision based on an imagination on what they will look like. I feel exactly the same. Id love a trial run to see if I like them ha! X

    I’m feeling the same – I’ve gone for 425 high profile overs and hoping and praying they don’t look too big and too fake – my surgery isn’t until end of October I’ll have gone grey by then with worry :’) xx

    @caylxx hahaha me too!! My op is four weeks away and it’s all I can think about, I’m driving myself near mad! xx

    @pinkwishes
    ugh if only that existed!! Originally I was supposed to have 500cc. I’m sure they would be too big for my personal preference but I’ll be gutted if after I’ve changed it to 400cc I wish I’d gone bigger!xx

    ah I’m glad you’re happy, you’ve reassured me a lot, yours look amazing! I’m 34B desperate for something around 34E. Surgeon said I wouldn’t get that big but I’ve seen quite a few girls get that with 400cc? I’m trying not to get too fixated on cup size but it’s really hard not to when you’ve been an A/B for so long!xx

    I was a 34 a/b (that’s wat I wore I didn’t get measured) currently I have a 36E sports bra I would be over the moon if I got to a F but I’m just hoping as the settle more they will gain a bit more size n become softer, there’s every chance you could be a E it just depends, one person I no with 300 cc implant is a DD but looks a C, someone else with around a 310 had uplift as well is a DD n looks it and then my cousins mate had 350 and is a F!! U just never no but I think DD/E is a likely size ur end up…. my surgeon didn’t say a size he just said I’ll be big, am I sure I want to be big lol but he agreed 400/450 would suit me as long I was happy to be quiet big xx

    I had 400hp and I don’t think you can tell that much with clothes on as I wore a padded bra before but deffo can tell with out top on I was going to go smaller but surgeon advised me on size so glad I listened to him

    @littlec87 yeah that’s the problem I’m having to be honest, some people go up loads of cup sizes and others not as many! I’ve never been measured either, to be honest I don’t really wear proper bras at the moment – mine are such a horrible shape that I can never find a bra I feel confident in so I gave up! I tend to wear super padded ones to try and balance out my wide hips. I suppose what will be will be eh? Regardless, yours are incredible, bet you’re so happy!!xx

    yeah yours look brilliant! My surgeon said 500cc was the most I could have but I really think they’ll be too big, I told him a natural look was more important to me and I’d rather have a smaller implant if that’s what it took, so we decided on 400cc. Yours are going to look even better when they’re fully healed! You must be over the moon xx

    I’m feeling the same, I’m a 34a & my surgeon has suggested 400cc. I was really excited at the time but now I’m worried I’ll be too big. Some 400s I’ve seen look exactly as I want mine but I’ve also seen some that look bigger than 400cc. It’s really confusing me & im seriously considering asking for a smaller implant.

    Hi Ladies, I was struggling with what size to pick as it was important to me that I could still run, I wanted them to look natural…… I just wanted a nice, normal pair of boobs, not massive ones. I was sooo worried about them looking too big, fake and drooping.
    I was a 34 A/B but they we’re quite saggy.
    My surgeon and I had agreed on 300/ 325 hp overs, but on the day he actually gave me 360, I nearly had a fit when he told me! He explained that he needed to fill the excess skin and to begin with I had mixed emotions, they were really BIG, wide apart, high up and fake looking, but each week they settle down and look more natural. I’m pleased the surgeon did what he thought was best after all he’s the expert.
    I’m 5 weeks post op now, measuring a 34 D and they’re settling in nicely, it’s weird how some girls have smaller implants but measure bigger and those with bigger can measure smaller, I suppose thats why it’s so difficult for the surgeon to give us an exact size.
    As long as the surgeon knows the results you’d like to achieve (I said no bigger than a D which is what I’ve got) , then you should trust they’re opinion. Good Luck.
