help! advice needed please

So im nearly 5 weeks post op and ive been getting shooting pains in my left boob for the past few weeks now. the pain kind of feels like its in my nipple. My right boob has been completely fine, no pain at all which seemed weird. I spoke to my surgeon about it and he says it sounds normal but id jut feel better knowing if anyone else experienced anything like this? I didnt think id still be in any kind of pain this long after surgery..
