Help girls who had strapping

Hey girls so I am having my new boobs in 12 days !! But I seem to be the only one out of all the girls I have spoken to that is having strapping , so every we’re I have read that you take your post op bra with you and you put it on after surgery , well in my case I’ll have strapping in and no bra for the first 3 days then he wants me to use a supportive non wired bra not a front fastening , has any one else had all this . I know it’s the surgeons preference but how did yous get on I’m sure a sports bra type would be much more supportive then the one Iv been told to us , Thanks in advance xx

Can’t comment on the bra bit cause i wore a macom bra from day 1 but i had a lottt of strapping all over so i could only see my nipples, had it taken off at my first post op appointment and im glad i did as it stops them drifting apart early on and helps them to heal symmetrical, all down to your surgeons preference x

I had medical tape strapping on for 5 days and although I hated it they do look amazing so I couldn’t complain… apart from I had an allergic reaction to the adhesive! Typical me lol xx

I get mine done at the weekend and I will have strapping on for 3 weeks! Again like you I haven’t heard of this. On the 4th week I go into back fastening sports bra, then on 4th week normal bras. It must be the surgeons personal preference. x
