Help – have I ruined my breast augmentation

Hi Everyone, please no judgement as panicking slightly. I have unders 425cc 10 days post op. Yesterday I felt like I was getting better and could do mostly everything except lift weights. I went for food with the girls and had 1 too many drinks and ended up out. I was apparantly dancing and not experiencing any pain but I am worried that I might have complications now.
I wear my post surgery bra all day and night still including when I was out last night is there anything that could be wrong? I’m not in pain but my right one seems less swollen than yesterday.

Don’t worry Emma, I had nights out at 4 and 11 days post op which involved dancing and I was totally fine, assuming you had your bra on and weren’t doing press ups 🤣 I’m sure there will be no issues.

Ahh thank you! Was you swollen the next day? I’m panicking a little and they look fine but I keep feeling my right one is feeling full?

I went out with a friend one week post surgery. It was a chill outing (coffee, dinner) but when I got home I felt more pain than before I went out. My right breast was very tight as well and I could feel it swollen. I worried I did something to mess it up especially since I carried a few heavy things that day. But when I went for my checkup, my doctor said this was completely normal because I did use my arms, which put some pressure on my breast. She said this tightness feeling should come and go during my recovery especially if you use your arms a lot and carry slightly heavy things. A few days later the tightness went away and I feel so much better now!
