Help!! Huge gap in breast and big nipples 32A

I have a huge gap between my breasts and I have been told that 250Cc HP is a big as I can go.
But I am scared that the implants will look too obvious, like two far apart circles on my body because my gaps are so large. Also I already have big nipples for my size, what increase can I expect?

Has anyone got wide spaced boob’s or larger nipples pre on like me? I’m scared I’ll regret surgery because my boob’s will look really fake or my nipples will be really large and stretched.

Hi Polly I’ve not got a huge gap but my nipples did always look a bit big for the boobs I had before. They just look in proportion now which is good. My gap seems to have closed in slightly (which isn’t actually physically possible due to your rib cage structure etc but the implants seem to have reduced the appearance of it slightly). I had 255cc teardrops – they are a good size for my frame and don’t have too much of a stuck on look (although tried on a bikini last night and they did then but in my soft bras they don’t). I know most girls on here will say the same – always trust your surgeon! They really can work miracles! Xx

Thanks Clare. I’m having different sized implants because my breast are a different size. Ones will be 250cc the other 225cc both HP.

Hi hun I had a wide gap too but I had 240cc Ultra high profile might worth mentioning it as it’s meant to stick out at the sides less than High Profile xx

Your small like me so mod+ would be a no no too xx

You’re very similar to how mine were before Polly! I have mod + and he said these would work best for me as high/ultra high may have been too projected for my frame … however that’s with teardrop implants so may be different for rounds as yours look amazing Chantelle! Xx

What size bra did you go up to in the end?
Also do they look fake in certain bras/bikinis /with nothing.
I know that sometimes a fake look can look nice. But I have a twin so I really really just want it to look like I gained weight and the weight went on the boobs.

Polly polly I’m only 11dpo and my chest is still really bruised and swollen but here’s a pic of my UHP 🙂 they haven’t settled yet either x

Those are a good size. I’m wondering if maybe I should go a size down if I want mine to be less noticeable.
Did you have it under the muscle?

@pollypolly I’m like you I’m not a fan of the big boobs… yes they look good on other women but they definitely wouldn’t suit me 🙂 I wanted a handful that’s enough but not sure if mine will change though.
I wouldn’t go down a size stick with 250cc if your staying high profile but if you mention Ultra High Profile then you’d come down to 240cc as they are different sizes.

I had mine partially under the muscle but class as unders. Xx

I have no idea if mine are partial or under. I might have to meet with the surgeon again. I think I rushed my visit!

Everyone says they look natural lol but look less natural in the flesh becsuse they stick out of my chest hahaha.. I rushed my first visit but then I went back the second time and changed a few things x

I think I rushed mine too. And I put a deposit down to secure an operation date, but if after I joined the forum I decided I better meet the surgeon again.
Unfortunately Mya informed me it’ll cost an extra 150 🙁 which I was not told when I put down the deposit.
I’m feel very let down by Mya right now 🙁 so much for no hidden costs

I think any boobs that are done as Unders are sub partial?

hi polly I had quite a big gap to begin with I will try post a photo for you, I had 250cc partials although they where supposed to be unders but when she did it in the op room she said I would of needed an uplift so she did partials and iam glad she did cuz I am happy with mine now although I am only 20dpo and still have lots of dropping to do lol.
