Help! Is my incision infected?

Hi! I’m 4WPO and my incisions have been healing nicely, I’ve been applying silicone cream as advised by my nurse and everything was going well however the incision on my left breast has been a little sore the past couple of days and now I’m worried that it might be infected.

I’ve attached a photo, what do you think? It’s not pussing or anything just red and a little sore.

Can’t see any photo?
But is it red and hot to touch? They can be a sign of infection x
