HELP – My boobs have gone a funny shape

Im 5 weeks post op on thursday, looked at my boobs today & they are a funny shape, like they have been squashed or something, really upset! has anyone else had this?! I have had my bras on all time, laid on back never laid on side etc so i dont understand how its happened.

I’d say they’re still settling into the pocket position have you had your check up with the nurse yet ? I’m sure it’s all ok but you can always mention it to your nurse and get some reassurance that it’s all normal xxx they look a great size though xx don’t forget your only early healing they do change a lot over time while they’re dropping and fluffing into place x hope its helped xxx

i have got my 6week check up in a week, hopefully its nothing to worry about! should they be fully in pockets by 6weeks?xxxx

Have you got a pic of them both Kirsty? So you can compare them both together? I remember we got ours done on the same day and I’ve had nothing like this happen? I’m unsure of what’s normal or not though. Try email the pics to a nurse xx

I’m just over 4 weeks post op and mine are like a box shape, I don’t like the shape either atm they seem flattened and like a square.. how long does shaping take ?? Xx

i had a square boob and bumpy underneath it will settle x

Hi Hun I’d say go see your nurse befor next week as it’s changed suddenly my nurse said any sudden change needs to be checked out my nurse also said by 5/6 weeks implants are usually settled on the pockets and shouldn’t move as such should just drop and fluff more looks to me like the implants moved out of place a lil o could be wrong like but better to be safe than sorry xxx

Everythin is fine, Dr mounir has explained why they are like that & its so that when fully healed i get cleavage instead of my boobs having more of a gap inbetween, said if my skins hard & doesnt stretch then in 12months i can go back if im not happy & he will widen the pocket! but obv then i wont have the clevage! Really put my mind at ease now, said i have healed really well, nurse is happy & said i can do everything as normal now & get measured. xxx
