    Hi ladies, literally within the last 24 hours my right implant has moved. It was pretty much the same as my left but yesterday I felt it had shifted upwards and it felt strange in bed last night. This morning I can see it has moved upwards and inwards 🙁 I had unders so i know they can move when u exercise for example but they shouldn’t stay like that should they?
    I’ve always felt my right implant isn’t quite right. I know they take different times to heal and drop but they were pretty much the same until yesterday.
    Im really worried now, anyone else had this problem?? xx

    Hi Wendy, I was 11 weeks post op Thursday. Im worried as it feels like I’m going backwards, I understand if it was high and was taking longer to drop than the other but it wasn’t really, they were pretty much the same and then within a matter of hours it’s moved up and in 🙁 I’m scared in case my consultant says it’s normal and I’m stuck like this 🙁
    Did u have unders? xx

    It’s so strange, have you been exercising or doing something different?
    I’m 6 wpo and did quite a bit of ironing for the first time yesterday, that’s the only thing I can think has caused it, I can still feel it now, it’s like it’s sitting on an air bubble !!!!
    Yes I also had unders x

    Hi Hun does it now look different ? If not to could just be a case of it still settling into the implant pocket I could still feel my implants bear my armpits and high up some days at 11 weeks yet they didn’t look high up either I had overs also mine feel like normal boobs now I’m 18 weeks post Op xxxx

    @Wendy08 I don’t think I’ve done anything different, not that I can think of anyway, just another day at work, no lifting anything heavy and no exercise either. It feels weird and uncomfortable, hope it drops back.
    again into place.

    @staceymlx
    it does look different, it’s not extreme or anything but I can see it when I look in the mirror, it’s just weird how it’s gone from being almost in its pocket like the left to travelling back up and inwards in a day 🙁 xx

    After your review with the surgeon, has the implant settled back into place? Or has the odd sensation gone? @becks17 ·

    @hetty hi hun, not properly yet, it’s dropped back down further than it was when it shifted up and in that day but it’s still not the same as my left. My surgeon did say it’s probably because I’m right handed and it’s higher and firmer than the left. I asked if I should still be able to feel it move when I’m in bed and that my right one still hurts and is uncomfortable and he said its normal and it takes a long time to heal as it’s a big trauma that my boobs/body has gone through. He said to see him again in May when I’m 9 months post op to review things again so hopefully by then it’ll be fine and feel the same as my left one. Almost 4 months post op now so I’m just feeling a bit impatient but just need to let my body and gravity do it’s thing! He also said I don’t need to wear my sports bra to bed and I can wear normal bras now because they shouldnt really sag which I agree with as they don’t even move one bit haha. How r u getting on? xx

    @becks17 · Yay- that’s super news about no sports bra to bed. ! I am still on the love hate train. I have spit a few stitches, then this week (11) suddenly have an odd sensation in the right. Fingers and toes it’s all part of the process! I have my surgeons review in a couple of weeks- so I will let you know what I am told! How has your journey been? X

    Ouch split stitches, poor u 🙁 luckily nothing like that happened to me. I did have a spot on one of my scars which burst and it wasn’t very pleasant but after all the pus had gone it healed fine (gross sorry).
    I’m not gonna lie it’s an emotional rollercoaster, I’ve definitely had a love/hate relationship with them and right now I’m hoping they drop and fluff some more as I think I haven’t got much fullness at the bottom of my breasts and I was looking forward to going braless in dresses and tops but right now they just look too pointy so I won’t wear anything without a lightly padded bra which I’m pretty upset about, but it’s still early days so hopefully more changes and improvements to come! Yes definitely let me know how u get on at ur follow up hun xx

    @becks17 · Hi hun, I am hoping you are going to tell me you have even out now?? I am still riding high on one 6months in now. Surgeon wasn’t particularly helpful- just it’s better than it was before!! I was encouraged to wear my strapping again to give it a nudge in the right direction, but nothing yet. I have to go back before September. With clothes on, they look ace- naked, I don’t have sisters (knew not to expect twins!), they almost aren’t relatives!! Same size, but completely different shapes, if the right drops they could look a little more alike. Hoping you have some good news for me xx

    Hi H, sorry only just seen ur msg. I’m coming up to 8 months post op on 3rd April. I think it’s dropped a little more but definitely not caught up with the left one. I can tell it’s not the same too just how it feels, like laying on my left is pretty comfortable but laying on my right isn’t, I wake up after a couple of hours and have to turn on my left side. I guess it could take a year for it to fully settle and catch up to my left. My surgeon said to see him in May when I’m 9 months post op so ill let u know how I get on after my appointment hun xx
