Help!! Pain advice

Hi girls, I’ve not had to much pain but more a dull ache but I’ve just woke up and my left boob is so tender and sore, my bra is hurting it and get a really horrible pain when I stand or sit. My right one is achy but completely bearable. Any advice on how to ease the pain a bit as it’s so annoying. I’ve not stopped taking my pain killers so I can’t take anymore for now xxx

Hi Joanne how’s ur pain ? Hope ur ok I had really bad days I had to alternate paracetamol then nurofen plus Ice packs , it will ease up xx

Pain as eased a little now but I keep getting sharp pains in my left boob. Feel like my bra is squashing me at times but darent take it off. Xx

Have you got a different type of bra to try on? When I first had my op I was in my Macom all the time as it was the only thing I found comfy but now my M&S one is much more comfy as I’ve changed shape. Also try ice packs/frozen peas xx

Hey hope your doing okay! I’m getting the same feeling in my left boob like a very weird sharp shooting pain! My PC just rang me to check up on me so I let her know and she said it’s totally normal!! Xxxx
