HELP – post op bra!!

I have ordered the Macom bra online, that’s arrived but I hate the look of it & all the clips. Has anyone got any photos of the bras from M&S? Not sure what I’m looking for. Also with them being actual cup sizes and not S M L would you get sized up in m&s afterwards?

It’s so difficult – I had my 1 weekpost op appointment today & the bras I had brought were all to small. So had to make my way to M&S (without a bra) / in the shop it seemed fine but now a few hours later it feels too tight. I brought the post op sports bra with the front zip (£25) . To be honest I’m not sure how tight it’s meabt to be?

I’m in the same situation, I have just ordered a ‘ yianna post op bra’ off amazon. I’m a 34 back so ordered a 36 as I’m presuming I will have some swelling. I’m not with MYA but I got told from my PC not to get the M&S ones due to the rubber, rubbing on the incisions. Hope this helps x

Hi I’m a 34 A at a push the surgeon I spoke with told me to get a L to start with in the m&s range or a d/DD size. This was with 360cc and 390 in the other and with under If that is any help.
Also told me to get zip up as it would be easier with recovery.

Macom aren’t very pretty but they are all I wear and I always feel very supported all you need is the band size and then they stretch to accommodate any swelling

The Mya ones are the best I hated my macom x

@nik1304 I can’t upload a pic as can’t work it out lol but I’ve got an m and s one on in my profile pic, I love them I’ve a few. I’m 10wpo now and worn them all the time x

I had a macom and I found it really uncomfy! it squished my boobs, I got a zip up sports bra and changed to that !, I found like the macom bra was too tight even after swelling has gone it Is still soo uncomfy xx

I am a 34 back. I have got yianna bra size M. For 325cc hp is perfect.
