Help with macom bra sizing

Hey everyone.
I need help with the sizing of the macom bra
In a bra size I am a 30 back
But I’m not sure to get the size extra small macom which is 28-30 back. Or size small which is 32?

What do you recommend

Personally i’d say extra small, im a 32 and got small which was fine for a while but after 2 weeks its was kinda baggy and the nurse said its still meant to be really tight which it definitely wasn’t x

I’m a 30 and I’ve bought one of each that way I can wear the small straight after my procedure as I’ll have some swelling and once that’s settled use the XS x
