helpful recovery tips/items? & recovery stories

just going over checklists and stuff and trying to think of things that might be useful for recovery, anything would help !!🥰

I am having my operation in May and I have started taking the collagen powder and vitamin c tablets as I’ve been told they are good for healing and ice packs is a must have
