High profile or moderate plus??????

Hiya, I’ve had 2 consultations (lutz & giannas), both advised an uplift is required. How on earth do you decide between high profile & moderate plus?? Tried both on & HP looked an odd shape however Giannas said the difference would be a bit fuller at the top of the breast with HP??? X

I have just had a lift and mod plus with giannas, I wanted mod plus as they were more natural and didn’t project forwards as much as the high profile did. I wanted a better cleavage side boob and shape over size so that’s why I went with mod plus ???? I already had breast tissue too, With hp being narrower and I have quite a large gap in between my breasts anyway I was worried they would be really far apart
