Holiday

When I go on holiday I’ll be 5 weeks post op. Just seen the nurse and she said I must keep my sports bra on 24/7 for 6 weeks and I totally forgot to ask about when I’m on holiday!
Has anyone not worn their sports bra for he whole 6 weeks? Super stressing out!

I go on holiday on the 5th week post op aswell! I saw the nurse last week and asked if I could start taking the sports bra off for a few hours or so when I’m in my bikini, she said it’s fine to do so. I’m just going to wear it all nights she just said be very careful etc

I wouls say just listen to your surgeon to be honest. I mean I know its annoying but at the end of the day you don’t want to spend all that money and potentially ruin your surgery just for a few weeks on holiday.
