Hi everyone, I’m sceduled for my op on 30th October. I’m a day case only but will be looking to stop the night before and after the op in a nearby hotel. Does anybody know which hotel would be best as I dont really want to be walking miles also what’s the best to pack? Iv got 2 after surgery bras but unsure what clothes will be best to take afterwards. Did anyone wear jumpers after the op or is it more zip tops?? Thanks in advance xx

Ah can’t help with that sorry! I do know that everyone recommends front fastening tops as you can’t lift your arms afterwards ????

Hi Nicola, I have been for my consultation at Fitzroy London. Looked immediately at booking a hotel because I live so far away. The holiday inn Regent’s Park is right across the green. We walked it in less than 3 minutes. Think even after the op it may be walkable….. my pc said she could book a taxi from the front desk though. I only looked at it because the reviews said it was really clean! Good luck with your op, I haven’t had a date yet as I want mine in March. ( work commitments)

Thanks everyone. I had my BA yesterday and stopped in kings cross travel lodge in the end, about 25 min walk but it was fine x
