    Just curious of how you’re feeling right now, whether pre or post op, a BA seems like a rollocoster of emotions! X

    Oh @pups that’s not good, do you think it’s the swelling that’s throwing you off? Mine are so swollen at the moment can’t tell what they will look like when all settled xx

    I’m 4 days P.O. first day was a breeze but have struggled the last 2 days with bad back from poor posture being slouched forward , I have shed a few tears but hoping it’s all worth it in the end can’t wait to get this strapping off as it’s so tight and uncomfortable x

    Merry Christmas Ladies! @saff my op is in 11 days and I’m filled with so many emotions! Im secretly excited but scared to say in case something goes wrong, ie my date is moved or app cancelled or something!???? My twins are twenty and my youngest is 6, I’ve wanted this since having the twins however life takes over ???? Im a young mum of three and have had the boobs of a 90 year old all of my adult life so now I’m actually here I’m all over the place☺️

    @pups sorry to hear your not happy atm, just had a look at your stats and you are petite like me, what type/size implants did you have? How big did you want them to look?
    I’ve seen a lot posts on here that say that even months later there boobs are still changing! You are in very early stages and probably swelling, so keep open minded and positive, your body is still getting used to them xx

    4 days PO and now feeling good, had overs and they are already softening up slightly and not up by my chin as much lol. Fist two days I did struggle and I didn’t realise I wouldn’t be able to get up myself so found that difficult and the bloating has got me down.. apart from that I have been fine and currently just getting the odd tingles and pains and just itchy where scar is healing but will be worth it! Xx

    @sambenn @kellydee is the back ache due to sleeping upright? It will all be worth it, hopefully the pain will subside soon. How long till you can take the strapping off?

    @angellove
    ahhh I’m so excited for you!! Its natural to have worries, I’d be the same when I get mine done. Be brave and go get the boobs you want – and have a good xmas! Xx

    @pups were you happy with your consultations before the op? Trust your surgeon and let yourself relax and heal right now, that’s the best you can do, it’s easier said than done especially since it’s your body, but try it, and keep us updated on your process, I think you can contact your nurse for advice as well x

    I’m 10 days PO tomorrow (Xmas day) and it’s been up and down to say the least. At 3 days PO I pulled the left muscle just washing my hands. Stopped using my left arm to help it heal, went to see the nurse for 1 week appointment and the next day my right arm started with bad pain, under my armpit/sideboob. Had to ring emergency number today and I’m back at square 1 with painkillers and icepacks again. Nobody else seems to have had any experience with pulled muscles/probs at 10 days PO tbh I thought I’d be nearly back to normal now like the nurse said but I’ve gone the other way. Hoping I improve soon and don’t have any more set backs 🙁 x

    @ljx6 Sounds painful!! I’ve just had a look at your post, there’s some posts online from others if you google ‘mya pulled muscle’, it seems uncommon but does happen. Yeah I hope things improve too and you feel better soon! Have a good xmas Xx

    I’m 5 days post op and so happy with mine so far!
    I’ve had hardly any bruising or swelling and am off the painkillers too!
    I only went 275cc but a 32DD is currently on the tight side!

    @ljx6 I pulled a muscle in my left breast at 16 days po and thought I’d actually done some sort of last damage, was told to rest for 72 hoursand im now nearly four weeks po and apart from the odd twinge I’m loads better. Hope you feel better soon Hun xx

    @kellydee thank you girls just feels like quite a few days PO when everyones back to normal and I’m here feeling like I’m 3 days PO again? Glad I’m not the only one. My left one hasn’t been the same since I pulled it, it’s been 7 days since now and still hurts and has a weird heavy feeling just in that breast? Doesn’t seem to be going away and I barely use my left arm as I’m right handed anyway. Just in that position where I can’t imagine feeling normal again? Thank you for replying xxx

    Aw i hope it eases up for you soon, are you taking ibrobrufen to help with the swelling or inflammation? That may be worth trying….

    @holly1101 yeah I’m taking 400mg ibuprofen every 8 hours (2 a day) and two paracetamols every 4 hours. Same as when I was fresh post op 🙁 the pain isn’t as bad today as it was yesterday (touch wood) plus I’m using ice packs 3/4 times a day which is more than what I did in the beginning! Fingers crossed there’s nothing wrong with me and it’s just taking longer for me to heal? Xx

    @ljx6 ice packs should help muscle strains the most, online it says muscle strains can also be caused by not warming up properly before physical activity and poor flexibility (do some small stretches so you not going from no activity to anything serious), overexertion (straining) and fatigue (tired and not doing too much) – so not just rigorous exercises, and the best way to help soothe and heal is to rest ( but not to much as it can cause muscles to weaken), apply ice which you are doing, but then apply heat after 3 days, good compression (are you wearing strapping?) and to keep the area elevated (so sleep upright) and with time you should heal, but listen to the advice of your nurse/surgeon as they know best for your body. Hope this helps 🙂 xx

    I’m happyish with mine. I’m 6wpo and they’re just getting smaller and droopier where the swelling is going down. I have 450cc originally 32b. Think I could have done with a lift hmm

    Thank you I’ve been using the ice packs 4x a day like the doctor said. My surgeon didn’t give me strapping so can’t really do anything about that haha! And if I did have strapping it would have been taken off by now anyway. I’ve already had my dressings changed and the nurse said there’s no signs of infection but the pain is muscular not from incisions or anything so. I used to work in a gym I’m a qualified PT so I’m used to muscular pains and aches from DOMS but never thought I’d pull a muscle just washing my hands or gently pulling a light switch? So I’m struggling to get my head round it haha! Barely been doing anything and it’s as if it’s still too much? Just want to be pain free haha! X

    Oh and I’ve slept upright every night too, the nurse has told me to sleep upright until 2 weeks PO so on Friday. Hopefully I’ll have improved a lot by Friday or I’ll probably have to stay sat up knowing my luck! X

    @alchiepoo aw try to stay positive about them, you’re probably just used to them being swollen and higher up! Are you happy with the size?

    @ljx6
    you’ll be ok! it sounds like you’re used to being active so your body is just reacting to you resting more than normal? Haha who knows, take it easy and try not to focus on, is there anything you can do (that’s not physical / to strenuous on your body) to take your mind off?? xxx

    Oh I think this is what’s happened to me!
    I’m 12 days post op and can’t use my right arm the pain is horrendous but it’s a muscle pain not a wound pain.
    How did you feel with the pulled muscle? Did it make you feel sick within yourself or anything?
