Hi Jessica! This happened to me, but I knew it was going to be the case as my boobs hang low and nipples are placed low on my boobs. I think it depends how high/low the nipple sits, and if the skin is going to sag with just an implant. With me if I’m not having an uplift my nipple would be pointing downwards. I was very nervous about scarring but I’ve since joined Instagram and got in touch and seen a lot of other girls with amazing healed scars so I’m not scared anymore, I can’t wait until my surgery date now 🙂 if you really are worried then see more than one surgeon if you can! The PC on your first consultation will give you an idea too x
