Couples where the boy has more surgery than girl?

Just wondering how this works…if the girl becomes more insecure or the guy becoming very vain etc

i think the man is vain lol, girls are allowed to want bigger boobies, or lipo. Extreme surgery for men i think is a bit vain!

i think thats unfair to call a guy vain lol
because he may be really upset with his appearance and want to change that, the way us women go for nose jobs, botox and tummy tucks. men can be insecure to :shamed:
