How long after the consultation was your op? All companies not just Mya

I’m saving so waiting as long as possible to book my consultation but also want it done a couple of months before my holiday in August, so May/June time would be perfect. When would a good time be to book a consultation or can i book that soon and then book the actual op for a few months after?!?! Thanks ladies x

I didn’t go with Mya but I had my second consultation on the 9th of November and got my surgery date then which was the 30th of November so three weeks xx

I didn’t go with Mya, I had my first consultation in September and could have booked by mid October. I waited a bit and got a second consultation at the beginning of December and I am booked for 26th Jan. My surgeon only operates at this hospital on a Friday though so there’s not many dates available in a month x

I was with MYA
I knew I wanted the op just before Christmas so I’d have enough time off for recovery but my initial consultation was at the beginning of October.
At the time she told me there was only two spaces left on the day I wanted because it was a busy time of year (not sure whether that was a white lie or not because I waited a month to book and still got that date!).
I think it depends entirely on the surgeon you choose and their availability how quickly you can get in.

My 1st consultation was in sept and I got my surgery booked for 22nd Jan x

I was with MYA. Had initial consultation in October and booked surgery for December. There were earlier dates available but this suited me best with time off etc.

Hi, I wanted to wait till I have holidays to take at work so had my first consultation mid December and booked my op for 21st March.

My first consultation was in April and my op was 14 June I did go with mya xxx
