How long until you had your surgery?

Hi girls I’m just starting the process with an e consultation booked for next week. How long did it take from start to finish? So how long after your first consultation was your actual appointment. I’m so impatient and want them doing ASAP 😂

I had my consultation on the 19th October 2020 and I had the procedure done on the 12th of December 2020. I could have had it done in November but I wanted a weekend for the overnight stay and childcare. So it’s not long at all providing the consultation goes well!

I had my first three weeks ago and I’m having to wait until 29th May! They did say they’d try and get me in sooner though. It’s because the NHS made them stop doing elective surgery for a bit because of COVID so they’re backlogged x
