How much does ‘Drop and Fluff’ change appearance of breasts?

Hi,
I had my surgery 2 and a half weeks ago. I’m 5ft 8, size 10, and went for 450cc unders. I was a 34a before with very little breast tissue. I’m pleased I think so far, they look the right size for my frame anyway, but they’re quite high, round and tight looking…. and also look quite fake…. I wouldn’t be happy if they stayed like this basically.
I’m assuming they’ll drop and fluff and look more natural over time, but I’m worrying about how much they’ll actually change. Does anyone with similar stats have post operative pics from right after surgery and then a few months later once they’ve dropped and fluffed? I’d love to get a bit of reassurance.
