    Hi ladies,

I had my surgery on Tuesday and went with 250cc overs. I was only an A cup and hoped to go up to a B or C, which is what I was before having children.

My first impression of them after surgery was they they were huge and oddly shaped. I know they’re going to be a strange shape until the ‘drop & fluff’ and already they’re much softer than they were. I know they’re still swollen a bit and I can still feel fluid. I’m starting to get over the shock of the size though and tried on some old bras, just to put it into perspective. The C cup bra’s fit perfectly. Obviously I’m going to wait to get measured and keep wearing my surgical bra but I was wondering whether any ladies further along the journey have found that the size reduces significantly or whether they just become softer and a more natural shape?

Hi, I breasted 3 and was 32B had 350cc overs in March. They have changed and look much more natural already at 4 weeks.

Scars still visible but the surgeon said they will drop more. My size hasnt reduced, interestingly my surgeon said at 4 weeks they are the size they will remain and I am 32 DD / 34 D but they dont look as big as I pictured a D cup so dont worry xx
