How quickly do op dates fill?

Have any girls booked their op and managed to get a date 4-6 weeks after booking? My pc is on annual leave and I’m waiting to pay for the procedure as I have the money ready but my next appointment with her to discuss dates is the 28th of this month, but I’m wanting surgery in March/April to ensure I’m healed and okay to go on my holiday on 11th June! I know all surgeons are different due to availability and days they work but just wondering if it is possible to book and have surgery within the next month or so? Thanks xx

Depends on your surgeon, but me who isn’t with Mya, and another girl who I’ve chatted to who is with Mya, have both just booked for our May dates. Fingers crossed you can though! Xx

You can speak with any of the PCs if yours is off. I got all anxious and was actually half way through reading out my card number to secure a date I wanted in March because the Feb ones had already been booked up without meeting my chosen surgeon but managed to reign myself in! Have you met with the surgeon you want yet?x

My first consultation with pc was the 9th of feb and I booked my op date for the 12th of April I did put down a deposit though to secure date I was offered March but it was a bit too soon for me to prepare. Also I go away 26th of June so I needed to be in good time before my hol xx

yeah I’ve met with my surgeon and going to ask to meet again as I’ve put on weight over christmas so wanted to make sure I’m still okay to go for the implants and sizes he suggested at the first consultation! I’m just so eager to book it I’ve been waiting about 6 months while I’ve been saving the amount because i didn’t get accepted for the finance and now I’ve saved it all I just want to get it booked! x

@louise79 hopefully i could get booked in for april then depending on my surgeons availability! i want to leave at least 10 weeks between my op and holiday just to make sure everythings okay and healing well I’m just so scared they’re not going to look nice while I’m away that soon after the op! xx

Same!!! I have my first consultation on Friday and I’m hoping to be done before holiday end of June !! ???????? When is it you book and pay for the op?

I had my first consultation and the dates i wanted were going fast so i booked it to secure the date. I have yet to see my surgeon to discuss sizes but thatll be on the 27th of feb and then my surgery is two weeks after that

@issie My pc said that I should be ok as it’s 10 weeks after my op, I’m going to double check with my surgeon at my 2nd consultation that I’ll defo be ok otherwise I’ll have to rearrange until I’ve had my hol xx

@emmafinch I’ve had my initial consultation and surgeon consultation already but I think you can book the op at your first consultation if you want, I didn’t though as I wanted to meet the surgeon first and also needed a bit longer to save up x

@emmafinch My pc looked at dates as soon as I said I wanted to go ahead with procedure and we agreed April and that was on my first meeting with her, I paid deposit and I’ve seen my surgeon but have my second appointment with him on 7th March I’m also having my pre op with nurse at the same time and then all go for op date..eeekkk… you have to pay full balance 56 days before your op so mine is all paid xx

@louise79 I’m hoping 10 weeks will be enough time as well! i feel the same, id probably have to book a later date as much as i want it soon as possible but after my first holiday im back for 2 weeks and then go away again for another two weeks so really don’t want to risk infection or delaying the healing process while I’m away so sooner the better x

@issie I’m the same my pc told me to buy sun block for my scars and keep them covered but other than that she doesn’t see why I won’t be able to go. I was offered March but with my shifts at work I couldn’t and I’ve also got a wedding to go to so it just wasn’t the best time for me.xx

I went for my first consultation beginning of January and I’m now 4 dpo. I could have had it earlier but I had to change my contraception for 4 weeks before. All went really quickly ???? Xx

@samhughes88 that makes me feel better hopefully I can do the same! I want it over and done with too or ill end up getting too worked up if I’m waiting months for the op xx

I had my first consultation with my PC 19/01 and then my surgeon consultation on 01/02 and booked my surgery a couple days later for the 07/03. I go away in May so was eager to get booked in. I literally got the last slot on that day and she said even the week after was already fully booked xx

So excited as to what Friday will brill I will update my app times then ☺️
