    Hi Emma,

I have Macom bras. They recommend 2 one off whilst washing one on. They tell you to go for your band width size. Im a size 4 and previously 32A and I got a size small. The cups are expandable. If your dr doesn’t tell you a specific bra to get, you need a compression post of bra. I found them really expensive but mya do a deal on the Macom bras xx

I bought the ASDA post-surgery front fastening bras in a S and M (each comes in a pack of 2 for £16) and bought one of each on the day then the nurse chose which one to put on after surgery! My surgeon recommended the Asda one – been super comfortable no rubbing just the breast band that they put has rubbed x

    The way.

I was 32a then 32dd then 32g now and each time always used the same size small. I always buy two for post op, one on one wash xx tried sooooo many others Cos I was bored of Macom bra but honestly – its just the best
