Has anyone good any good advice for getting rid of scars? Anyone had any laser treatments for them or used any really good creams? I’ve tried bio oil but it just gives me spots which end up leaving more scars 🙁 xxx

you can’t completely “get rid” of scars, it’s damaged tissue and muscle. Where abouts are the scars hun and are they new/old?xx

On the booby bible one of the girls recommended silicon dressings you wear them 12 hours a day and they are supposed to be really good they have them on ebay . You can’t wear them until the wound is fully healed but I’m going to get some I spoke to the nurse about them as well at my pre op you can wear them on the sun too bed to cover your scars xthey are called silicone scar sheets x

Been told off breast cancer surgeon to use E45 and to rub it in quite firmly in small circler movements on the scarring with two fingers this will smooth out the scarring inside and out when the scabs are dry and peeling off this was a really good tip also you can buy johnsons new oil for scratch marks it has a load of good things in it and that been really good to I’ve been using all this on my scarring for my full uplift and the scarring is going away x
