So today is surgery day. I’ve had 375cc in my right breast and 400cc in my left due to then being slightly different sizes. My starting size was an empty 36C (according to M&S). My breasts lost a lot of volume after the birth of my baby boy 8 months ago, they appeared flatter on top.
I’m quite tall at 5’9’ and wear size 12 clothing so I wanted my boobs to be in proportion with my body, something which they have never been my goal is a DD/E but only time will tell.
So surgery day has so far been a blast. I arrived at 0730am and was shown to my room. I was provided with my sexy paper knickers, gown and socks. Shortly a nurse came in to go through my paperwork. I then met the anaesthetist, followed by my surgeon who did his lovely drawings. Dr Tsekouras is such a nice man, he made me feel so comfortable which I needed due to slight nerves.
I was in theatre by 0845 due to being the first on the list. I woke up in recovery around 11am… the first thing I did was touch my boobs as I hadn’t realised than been done ? I was shivering but this is quite a common side effect from the anaesthetic. I was bought back to my room once I had warmed up. It took me a while to feel with it so I think I dozed off for a short period of time.
The nurses have checked on me very regularly and bought me tea and toast (it was hard work not having a cuppa this morning)
Pain wise I feel fine, just sore and my chest feels heavy. I had been given morphine so I’m guessing this is still in my system.
So far the staff have all been super friendly and caring and I can’t fault them in anyway.
I’m currently chilling in bed watching Netflix as I’m staying overnight. I’m suffering from the sweats but again quite a common side effect so I have fans on me and the windows open! It was easier for me to travel back in the morning and means I may get a bit more rest without baby!
I can’t wait to see my results but I’m already loving my shape! I will keep you all posted.
If anyone has any questions please feel free to message me as Id love to help xx

I’m 3 weeks po now. I currently have a love hate relationship with my boobs. Some days I love them, some days I hate them. I still get random pains sometimes but it seems to be settling down. It’s just having to be patient that’s the trouble. Mine are still so rock solid at the moment and I’m already over these big ugly sports bras ha x

Hi I had surgery Friday 22 Feb, breast enlargement and uplift. The bra that I have to wear is cutting into me so bad, in total agony. How are you finding yours .Mandy x

Tor I bet it feels like every days different when your going through the recovery process? I’m so excited to buy pretty bras but seems so far away! Looking forward to the changes and my boobs to stop being under my collar bone!!!
Mandy, I’ve got the Asda ones and they feel really soft and confortable. Which one do you have? Xx

I’ve got M&S, Asda and Macom and I prefer the longer length Macom one as it doesn’t dig in right where my scars are x
