I have been advised that i need an uplift and 350hp overs

Does anybody have any images of uplift scaring or how has their uplift surgery been. I had a consultation today, which was not the best experience again, and was advised to have an uplift aswell. Im not to keen on this option due to the scaring, does anybody have any pictures i can see to help make my mind up as to what to do? Thanks.x
