Been a long time since I’ve been on here! I basically want to know if there is any way after you’ve had your breast augmentation to make them redo them.
I know that you’re covered for three years after your surgery to have a revision done, free of charge, however I don’t know all the reasons that they have listed for this? If anyone can tell me the whole policy or where I can find it that would be great.
So I have my breast done and I was in love with them! However I noticed some harsh rippling appearing on my left breast, and I went back to MYA to request a revision surgery as I didn’t want to pay for this and everything wasn’t perfect.
My surgeon agreed that it needed to be revised HOWEVER then I waited months and months and months to get an appointment booked in for it and just before they told me I could get it booked in, they said that my surgeon doesn’t think I need it anymore.
This was highly disappointing because I personally wanted it done, I could feel and see the rippling all the time and it was very disappointing.
Anyway so fast forward a year and a half now, (I’m around 2 years into having my breast enlargement) I am VERY unhappy with my breasts, to the point I am considering paying to go get them redone somewhere else, but I want to see my options and if I can get it redone for free at MYA.
I got high profile implants and I feel like my boobs have sagged so much, the rippling is still there and overall just the look of my breasts I hate when they should be the one thing that I love.
Just wanted any advice? How I can claim to MYA about this? As I don’t think just saying to them I am unhappy will be in their policy to accept to redo the surgery for free… or it might I don’t know.
