I’m booked for the 27th December

I have my surgery booked on the 27th December (few days time). I am 5ft4, 8 stones and going for 345 UHP or 410 UHP. My surgeon said he would make the decision in theatre. I am currently a 32A and I really want to be a a 32DD. Anyone else had doubts coming up to their surgery, and anyone else who was a similar size to be before and went for these size implants? Pictures as well please!!! Xxxxx

They will change hun they will drop and fluff ourt, how you feeling today, I got measured today in M&S and they said a 30E x

I’m in agony and my chest is so tight. I can barely move. Is this normal? X

The tightness is definitely normal – I felt quite stiff and achey in my chest for quite a while afterwards. The amount of pain really seems to vary a lot from person to person – I didn’t have any real pain, but I have heard from many other girls who were extremely uncomfortable afterwards. I would say you should keep on taking your pain relief as directed for now and make sure you don’t miss any, but if you really aren’t coping then it may be worth speaking with your GP to ask if they may be able to prescribe something stronger for you. Fingers crossed it will pass quite quickly and you’ll be feeling much better soon. I saw your photographs posted on another thread and they look amazing for immediately post op, what a fabulous result already, you must be thrilled with them!

Yes I’m a little achy and stiff now, but nothing compared to what it was like yesterday. Iv been taking pain relief and just sleeping. Do you have any pictures of yours? Xx

Here’s some before / after pictures showing 3, 5 and 7 days post op. They are still sitting very high up on my chest at the moment and look like they have a long way to drop yet! You can see there’s more volume at the top above the nipple than at the bottom below the nipple for now. They’re also quite squashed to my chest by the muscle still which makes them look a bit misshapen, so rather than being full, they are quite square in appearance right now and not very round. I don’t know if that might be because I got ultra high profile implants as well as them being quite a big implant (430cc) but I guess everybody seems to get their drop and fluff at different times anyway! I also didn’t get asked to wear a band to push them down so they are just moving at their own pace. I will be two weeks post op on Monday already! I am just so impatient and can’t wait for the end result. My boobs were awful and so empty before as I had just lost 50 pounds in weight quite quickly, and so already this is a massive improvement for me!

So glad you’re feeling much better now, I think a lot of rest, some food and plenty of water helps greatly to get your strength up and to get your body healing. You will feel better with every day that passes. I would say by 5 days, 7 days and 10 days I felt some huge improvements. Now I feel almost completely back to normal again. The time will fly and it will feel like you have always had your new boobs!

Oh wow! Yours look amazing! I can see what you mean about sitting quite high up, because mine are like that too. They will drop and fluff in their own time. Iv seen some pictures of girls boobs looking quite square after surgery, but honestly yours look really good and neat.
I am day 2 post op and it’s been a much better day. I went with 365CC ultra high, and now I feel like I could have gotten more. Ooooops boob greed. As long as I can be a 32DD I will be happy lol: xxx

Oh I know! Boob greed is so real! My surgeon recommended 400cc to me but I begged him to at least try 430cc for me – he ordered both sizes and advised me he would try to fit the 430cc in but wasn’t sure it would work out because my chest is quite small to begin with, so he wanted the 400cc as a backup just in case. I wish I had asked him to try for 450cc now too! I see girls with 500cc and I get real boob envy!

I wonder if ours are so high because we both have ultra high profile. Maybe they feel even higher right now because of that. Some days mine have felt like they’re going to fall out of the top of my bra because they’re that high up! I haven’t had a good look for a couple of days but they feel a little bit lower now, maybe it is just wishful thinking though! I will try to have a real good look at my two week post op on Monday!

I always said I would be happy with a DD or an E but realistically even a D would be amazing from the horrendously deflated B I started with, so I am just grateful for the improvement! Six weeks from now I think we will both be absolutely thrilled with our results! As you said, just got to give them time!

Glad you’re feeling better, honestly as the days get by you’ll feel more capable and less tired and sore and before you know it you’ll be up and about again.

You are so lucky with the 400cc and above. I wish I had a 400cc to feel different. Anyway, I had 350ccc and felt so small from day 1 and it hasn’t changed much since then so on boobwatch and hoping I achieve a d cup the minimum.

I’m having a really small boob day today, they just look like they have shrunk loads to me. I feel like I will be lucky if I achieve a D now too, I’m not the skinniest of girls and I think it always takes a bit more to make a significant difference on a larger frame. I think we both need to chill out probably and then worry if we hit 6 weeks and still haven’t got the results we want – we could well be stressing ourselves out for nothing! Here’s hoping!!!

I’ve been finding it difficult to sleep elevated. Even if I could lay flat, on my back, I would be happy lol. But they said I have to wait 2 weeks. My swelling has gone down quite a lot, and they have dropped a little. The sports bra I’m wearing is from Victoria’s Secret pink, in size M, and I feel like it’s gone abit loose on me, which is is quite upsetting. I really hope I can be a D/DD. Iv paid all this money, and I don’t want to be a C cup, I was able to achieve that with a padded bra lol.
I think all girls go through the depressed stage after a boob job tbh lol.
Also I do think sometimes they don’t let you have bigger implants because they want you to come back and have another surgery and spend more. Or maybe I’m just thinking that due to boob greed ?

This is proper boob anxiety, it’s horrible! I have my two week post op appointment today and I am going to ask the nurse what she thinks of how they are looking and if it’s realistic to expect that they will expand a little more when they drop and fluff. I really don’t want to have to have further surgeries in the future, but if that’s what it takes then I guess I have no choice! I agree that the sleeping is the hardest part, it’s hard to get comfortable on my back and upright, I just get aches all over.

I totally agree with you Michaela, I achieved a C cup too with padded bra and having spent all that money to look the same it’s a bit worrying. I kind of knew that Mya don’t like to go bigger from an old friend but as it was my first surgery I was too scared to do it with any other clinic of a low reputation. Although, I pushed further in terms of size and changed surgeon for this at Mya. At another clinic in London I was offered 250cc which pissed me off and then with Mya I got offered 275cc with one surgeon and I asked for a second opinion where I was then given 350cc, I tried pushing further on this but he said that’s the Max I could go. Also,I follow a girl on youtube who is so petite and very skinny and got a 350cc, hers was massive on her and her scar started moving upwards because there wasn’t enough skin to contain the implant. So because of that, even when my surgeon said 350cc I was thrilled thinking I would achieve a D cup with it. He did say 350cc might be impossible but he would try. Now with a 350cc , looking less than I expected I think maybe a 400cc might be suitable and not make much difference but I would have been satisfied with it. I just feel that I should have asked for a 3rd opinion from a surgeon, also because I wanted to have it done in Dec and time was against me to see another I just went with 350cc. I would upload pictures to show my progress.

Mine seem to be so tight still, but I am only 5 DPO, so I can’t complain. Iv decider that if I don’t get measured to a DD atleast, then in getting another boob job ?

Happy new year girls, hopefully our boobies get to our desired point. Michela, yours look good. When it drops and fluff it would be bigger. @ Becca yours look good too, it still being help tight by your chest hence why it hasn’t taken a good round shape, once it drops and fluff it would be huge. I know, that when it drops it would just get fuller and a bit bigger but not sure if that would add another cup size ??. Well, I think, playing around with them once we can wear bra would make me decide if I want another ba in the future. Also, the good thing about not being massive is the ability to make them moderate or bigger, so only time would tell.

I’m literally obsessing over the size of mine so I can really relate to all you are saying. I’ve decided not to focus on them now or take photos until 6 weeks post op (I am 4 weeks post op). I’ve posted a note below I saw on one of the mya girls I follow on Instagram and I think it could help to ease anyone’s mind as it explains how they will get bigger. (I’m not a mya patient but we all go through the same little worries). Happy new year x

What size CC are you going for hun? And what do you measure currently?

Happy New Year, happy new boobs! Starting as we mean to go on!

My nurse laughed yesterday at my two week post op appointment when I told her how impatient I was being and she said that I really need to be realistic and appreciate that I am only two weeks post op right now. She said the most changes will happen between four and six weeks post op and without a doubt they will drop, fluff and look bigger. So there is definitely hope for us all to achieve our desired look and size! We just have to give it a little bit more time.

Hey michaela i am currently a small 36b my surgeon has suggested 350cc or 375cc over muscle hp its so hard to vision what they will look like .

Definitely girls. You are right on point with drop and fluff. I feel better everyday and even though I couldn’t go out to celebrate on new year’s eve, I could still dance and jump a little. So recovery isn’t bad,able to sleep a little less elevated too and a bit on the side.

Here’s a little update from mine, 15 days post op today. My nipples still look really low down while I’m waiting for the implant to drop – there’s just too much volume at the top above the nipple and not enough volume at the bottom below the nipple. They are literally changing so much every day, though, and getting closer to settling.

They look amazing Becca! The drop of fluff stage is when it will fill in lower down so don’t worry. They look perky and really good! I am impressed! I love how we are all sharing our boobie pics! This would be a mans dream ????

I had Dr Sleiter as my first surgeon which I was told his very flexible and gives you a good size. However, when I saw him in the summer he offered me 275cc which I was happy with at first and then later I asked for another opinion with a different surgeon and got 350cc. I personally think, if you are a 36b, you should get something from 400cc upwards depending on the look you want. I am 4ft 11, 46kg and started with 32aa and 350cc is looking more like a full C cup or a Small D after dropping. So go bigger, so you don’t have the anxiety and worries we have now, cause the sizers would definitely look different after surgery.

Sorry Siobhan, mixed up yours stats with Sarah ??. Go bigger Sarah if you can, ask to.

I’m going with 300cc from a 34aa and hoping to achieve a D cup. 5″7 & 63kg (haven’t weighed since before Xmas, – probably way fatter now lol)
I think it’s definitely achievable based on all the previous posts I’ve seen on this forum regarding smaller implants. Everyone is different and only time will tell!

Siobhan, your stats are quite similar to mine. I’m 5’9” and 60kg. I started with a very empty 34B after significant weight loss and had 430cc.
